Some items in our store are sold on a pre-order basis. When you place a pre-order, you are reserving the item before it is available to ship. Please read the following carefully before placing a pre-order:

How Pre-Orders Work

• Your card will be charged immediately when you place the order.

• Pre-order items will ship 3-4 weeks after you order
  

Shipping Times

• Once your pre-order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

• Pre-orders do not ship immediately. Estimated ship dates are subject to change slightly depending on production or supplier delays.

Cancellations & Refunds

All pre-order sales are final.
We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for pre-order items. Please be sure before you order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item once your pre-order arrives, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
